Why You Need a Compounding Pharmacy
- Often the pre-packaged dosage amount and form are not suitable for specific patient needs.
- Our compounding pharmacy offers superior flexibility in how medications and nutritional elements are prepared and packaged.
- Personalized services such as combining several pills into one, or changing the form from a pill to a cream or liquid are the unique abilities of a compounding pharmacy.
- Most compounding pharmacies handle drugs, less handle nutriton solutions, and only a handfull like Village Green Apothecary have the specially trained pharmacists that handle BOTH nutrition and drugs. They have the knowledge of drug-nutrient depletions and interactions.
